​Karl and Brittany Landenberger are Team Landen, a top rated real estate team in the Southwest Chicagoland area. In his spare time, Karl enjoys serving as a member of the Lincoln-Way Foundation Board. Brittany enjoys working on home staging and home decorating projects for clients. Karl serves as President and Brittany as Vice President of their neighborhood Homeowner Association. Together they enjoy playing with their yorkshire terrier, Sparky, spending time with family and friends, traveling, wine tasting, boating, going to concerts, and volunteering in the community. Bridgett Atwell, Broker
Bridgett Atwell joined Landen Home Realty in 2019. Bridgett has several years experience in real estate, and was a Top Producer in 2018.  In addition to her successful real estate business, she has a Masters Degree in Educational Administration, has worked as a teacher, and also owned a home daycare.

​Bridgett and her husband have remodeled many homes together, which inspired her to choose a career in real estate. Bridgett specializes in residential and investment properties, and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals with an enjoyable and smooth process. She loves working with people and cares about each client's unique real estate needs. As a mother of three, her patience, tenacity, and ability to multi-task are all skills which translate into her successful real estate transactions.

Jenna Spengler, Broker
Jenna Spengler was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and moved to the south suburbs with her family when she was in high school. Over the last twenty years she has forged many relationships in the area, including life-long friends and loyal clients. This devotion to people, along with her wealth of experience in sales and service, has provided a strong foundation for her career in real estate. As a member of Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, Jenna is passionate about customer service and possesses a firm ethical, reliable, and driven approach to serving her clients.  She understands the challenges that may arise when buying or selling a home and as a result, remains attentive to her client's needs throughout the process. 

 When she is not serving her clients in real estate, Jenna enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband, Joe, their daughter, Eve and their dog, Abbey Sue, as well as creative projects including design and décor, music, and cooking. Her favorite times are spent at home with family and close friends.

Lindsay Lohrens, Broker
Lindsay Lohrens entered the real estate industry after working for the Chicago Bears for 10 years. In her role with the Bears, Lindsay discovered her passion for helping business partners determine and achieve their goals. She is now utilizing those skills to support and assist her clients sell their home or buy their dream house.

Lindsay’s ability to connect with people and establish a trusting relationship makes her a perfect fit for both home buyers and sellers, as well as those looking for their first home. Lindsay has sold homes in all price ranges, from starter homes to high dollar properties, as well as condos and investment properties. Ashley Toepper, Broker
A former dance music creator and content creator, Ashley is a resident of Monee and loves all of the amenities available in the wonderful surrounding areas to her family. 

With children in local schools and a spouse involved in the community infrastructure, Ashley has found her home in real estate, helping families just like hers, settle into the area and hit the ground running to take advantage of the community offerings.

An avid horsewoman, Ashley can often be seen coercing her furry friends with treats or competing in the show circuit. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children and can be found powerboat racing or riding her bike alongside her kids.
